This villa project delivers a complete warm minimalist interior design package: concept design, developed design, and a full set of construction

drawings covering every floor and every custom element. The brief was a calm, light-filled family home — soft curves, natural wood, and no visual

noise — documented to a level where a local contractor can build directly from our drawings.

Design Highlights

The double-aspect living room pairs a curved plaster wall ensemble with aherringbone oak floor, a piano lounge corner, and a sculptural curved

sofa. The dining zone opens onto a show kitchen with a breakfast island, combining Chinese and Western cooking in one fluid space.

Signature Details

A full-height moon-textured feature wall marks the elevator lobby, and the staircase is finished in backlit stone treads. The home cinema

features a starlight fiber-optic ceiling that turns movie nights into an event, while the rooftop terrace — wood deck, outdoor dining, and a glass spiral stair — extends family life outdoors.
