Project Overview Xiweier's design team delivered the complete interior design for a large luxury flat residence in French light luxury style — covering layout programming, material selection, custom cabinetry design and photorealistic visualization for client approval. Layout & Programming The plan is organized around a circular social core: foyer, living room and dining room flow continuously as one open space, supported by both a western kitchen and a separate Chinese kitchen, with a living balcony for daily ease. The private wing holds two en-suite bedroom suites, a walk-in cloakroom, a separate study and three bathrooms. Design Language Soft curves run through every room — the crescent boucle sofa, the round sculptural dining table beneath a crystal chandelier, arched niches and rounded bar counters. Against them, dramatic veined marble, an exotic green-marble fireplace wall and brushed stainless steel coffee tables bring the "light luxury" contrast: quiet backgrounds, statement stone. Custom Design The reception bar with waterfall stone countertop, the display shelving with integrated lighting, the cloakroom and wardrobe systems — every fixed element was designed in detail, ready for fabrication to drawing. Visualization Each key view was rendered photorealistically so the client could approve materials, lighting and furniture before any work begins — the same standard of documentation we deliver for hotel and commercial projects worldwide.
